Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny must have thought Garrison had been pretty good lately...He gots lots of fun things! He kept telling us that the Easter Bunny was going to bring him a 'byu monsta truck from wal-mot' - and he did!

All his goodies -

The 'byu (blue) monsta truck'
Checking out what else is in his basket -

He loves his Daddy's tools, so this tool set has been a big hit!

And some after church pictures - He looked 'so' grown up...but still precious!
(and to note...this child L.O.V.E.S. to pick flowers. It's an obsession right now.)

Hiding eggs at home before going to see the grandparents!

His Daddy liked to hide them in hard to reach places...

Do you see the blue egg??

Poor fella - just couldn't seem to find it...ha! He was looking hard though!! :)

Nana & Papaw gave him a train set that he was super excited about!

Then we hid eggs at Nana & Papaw's -

His basket at Sassy & Pop's house was fun too - eggs with candy in them!

Finding eggs again - and stopping for a snack when he would find one!

Kidfest - plus some

Last Saturday, Cortni & Greyson joined us for an outing to Jackson. First stop was the KidFest event in Ridgeland. We had hoped to see the Easter Bunny, but he wasn't ready to make his appearance just yet...so we rode the Merry Go Round, checked out some big trucks, got a balloon, watched a few minutes of a circus, and rode a train!

But somehow, this was the only picture taken.
It was a little too busy/wild/hot for pictures!

Newks for lunch - yum! These boys acted SO big. They sat together on the booth and behaved amazingly well! Cortni and I were more than impressed (and a little proud) with our big boys. They did love the 'numbers on a stick' and were a little distraught when the waiter took them away! They quickly recovered when they got their pizzas, but still asked about where their numbers went!

Two hot & thirsty little boys!

Next stop was target - Cortni snapped this picture...adorable.

After a few more stops, these boys were worn out.
They got good (much needed) naps on the ride home!

Just Pictures of My Sweetness

I had fun taking some snapshots of Garrison last week. I'm no Sukie, but I'm learning more and more on using my camera!!

EASTER EGGS!

We had FUN tonight dying Easter eggs!!!

I think he thought the dippers were like Mama's glasses... :)

Spaghetti Supper

There is reason I have learned to strip him before feeding him spaghetti.

There is a reason we go straight to the tub after eating spaghetti.

He loves spaghetti!

The Garden

On Sunday, Nathan & Garrison planted our 'garden'.

When I asked Garrison what they planted, he said...
'may-toes (tomatoes) and popsicles'!!

Priceless.

They actually planted tomatotes, cucumbers, and a strawberry plant (never done one of those before, but Garrison LOVES a strawberry so we thought we'd give it a try).

They check the plants every day when Nathan gets home (and probably numerous times a day with Nana...). I sure hope we have success this year or we will have one very disappointed little boy!

Another park visit

Yea, these are from like two weeks ago, but still worth documenting!!

These boys played HARD at the park one Sunday afternoon...

(stolen from Cortni's blog, becuase it is just too cute!)
