A little golfin'

So, Garrison has a new hobby lately - he is loving some GOLF! He will literally stay outside as long as you let him (which is a lot on these beautiful days we've had lately) and whack at that golf ball over and over again! His Nana and Papaw have taken him to the golf course a couple times and he really has fun out there. He loves to ride the golf cart and 'help' Papaw retrieve his ball - I'll have to get them to take some pictures next time, but for now, here are some of his golfin' in the backyard!

The look of determination!

Getting ready...

Poor Lucy gets so worn out from chasing the golf ball around the yard!

Beach Bums!!

We had a BLAST at the beach last week - I just wish we'd been there longer...I don't think it matters how long we ever stay, it never seems to be long enough.

We ate at Fudpucker's

(iPhone App with animal sounds entertained him for a little bit - then we took turns checking out the alligators!)

We hung out on the balcony...

Played in the sand...

Took walks on the beach...

Played in the sand a little more...

Chill-axin' on the beach a little...

Did some coloring with Daddy at The Crab Trap...

And had some great seafood (and corn-on-the-cob!)...

played some more...

got a little more used to the water everyday...

Enjoyed having our toes in the sand...

Oh - and we took Garrison to the Gulfarium....he was amused for a little while but I thought the dolphin's tricks were pretty cool!!

Built sandcastles...

...and squished Pop's sandcastles....

More walks on the beach...

Getting braver....

...but still a little hesitant...

3 of a kind...

Watchin' the waves roll in....

ummm.....what's wrong with this picture??!!

I know one little boy who might have had a little extra spoilin' but we sure had fun!! I can't wait for next year's trip...it'll definitely have to be a little longer.
