Playing ball...

Last night, Nathan took Garrison to play at Sassy & Pop's for a little while - and he had so much fun playing with this ball!! I wasn't there to see it, but the pictures tell it all... He obviously had a good time!

Happy Half-Birthday!

Yep, that's right...my little man is officially half a year old! These six months have been the most fun (yet sometimes stressful) times of my life. I knew I would love being a Mom, but the reality of it didn't hit until we had really settled into a routine and realize how much of a blessing it is to have a happy, healthy baby.

We went for his 6 month checkup last Monday (08/24) - he is in the 85th percentile weighing 19lbs. 12 oz. and is 27 1/2 inches long! He's growing (obviously) and developing his skills right on track.

He doesnt really like green beans (that explains this 'yuck' face)...but loves his other veggies!

He is trying to figure out how to crawl...but not there yet!

Suprise!

Garrison has his first tooth!! It broke through this past weekend...I was suprised because even though I knew he was obviously teething, I didn't realize it was really almost there!! He hadn't gotten any more fussy and never ran any fever, etc. I've tried to get a picture - but the little guy sticks his tongue out over it every time! I'll keep trying and maybe will have one to post soon.

Look what I finally found...

I was beginning to think Garrison wasn't going to do the famous 'finding of the feet' - but a week or so ago, he made the big discovery! Of course, we all think it's just precious...like all good parents/grandparents!

What a cute outfit...this was this morning after we got home from church (a special thanks to Aunt Tamara for the outfit)!

He is working holding his bottle...he does ok with the 4 oz sized ones when they are nearly half empty!
